1. Enter organizer username into designated fields.


2. First enter organizers' password into designated
fields.
3. Then click LOGIN.

DASHBOARD-GRAPH

4. The GRAPH button shows the total of students per


program, total attendance, on time, late and absent.
Which the colors blue, orange, red, violet, and gray
represents.
DASHBOARD-

5. Once you click the button COMPLETED it will show the


Event Name, Type, Date, Days, Description, Organizer
Name, Year and Program Cp Number, and Status.

DASHBOARD- EVENTS

6. By clicking the EVENTS button it will show you the


Completed, and On going Event. It also displays the
Event Name, Type, Date, Days, Description,
Organizer Name, Year and Program , Cp number
and Status.
MONITOR

7.If you click the button MONITOR there will be a


message box telling you what to do wherein: if you
press "S" it will start monitoring, if you press "P" it will
pause, press "E" to end monitor and generate report
and lastly press "ESC" to close the window.

8. If you click the button MONITOR it will scan the


students' face and it displays the time, event name,
and student ID. Also you can see at the right side
the button emergency.
MONITOR-

9. For the emergency button you need to fill up


first the student ID, next is to fill up the early out
by selecting at the drop down button and then click
SAVE.

10.On the on- going button it displays the on-


going events which also includes the Event Name,
Type, Date, Days, Description, Organizer Name,
Year and Program, Cp Number and Status.

11. On the up- coming button it displays the


up- coming events which also includes the Event
Name, Type, Date, Days, Description, Organizer
Name, Year and Program, Cp Number and Status.

EVENT- ADD NEW


12. If you want to add new
12 organizer you need to fill out
the needed information for the
new organizer,
13. If you want to choose
an organizer from the
different sections you can
just click the
13 button labeled as number 13.
14. You need also to put the
description of the event if it's
14 institutional, program or
departmental.
15 15. Most importantly is to click
the SAVE button.

1. Enter organizer username into


designated fields.
2. First enter organizers' password
into designated fields.
3. Then click LOGIN.
ORGANIZER-

4. The Organizer will going to fill out the


informations needed like; name, gender,
date of birth, program, year, section, mobile
number, email, username, and password.
5. Click the SAVE button to save all the
inputed informations by the Organizer.

6. On the dashboard ORGANIZER it will show you the


Organizer ID, Organizername, Email, Cpno.,
Year,Program, Date of Birth, and Gender.
7. The VIEW PASSWORD will let the organizer view
his/her password if he/she forget it.
8. Click ADD button if you want to add another organizer.
9. Click EDIT button if you want to edit the Organizers'
information like OrganizerID, Organizationname, Email, CPno,
YearProgSec, Date of Birth, and Gender.
10. Click DELETE button if you want to delete the
ORGANIZER-VIEW

11.Click VIEW PASSWORD if you want to view your
password just in case you forgot it.

12. Click the REPORTS button on the dashboard to


see the students' attendance .
13. Click the button PRINT if you want to print
the attendance of the students who attended an
event.
REPORTS-

> This will be the sample of an event attendance to be printed.

SETTINGS
> The SETTING button
will show you the time in
and time out schedule of
every event.
> Also it shows here the
time where students are to
be considered late or
absent.
> If you want to update
the time of an event just
click the UPDATE button.
You can also be able to
BACK UP and RESTORE
it if you want to.

14.Click STUDENT button in the dashboard to show the list of


the students with their ID, SName, Gender, Course, SYear,
SSection, CNum, and SEmail.

15. Fill out the information needed if you want


to add new student including their: Program
Name, Year Level, and Section.
16.Then click OK.

17. Fill out the informations needed if you


want to add a student.
18. Then click SAVE.

19. Click DELETE if you want to delete a student in your event


attendance record.
20. There will be a pop- up message asking if you are sure to
delete it.

STUDENT- EXPORT

21.Click EXPORT if you want to export the attendance of the


students in an event.

22. Choose from the File you want to import the students
attendance.

STUDENT- TRAIN

23. Click TRAIN if you want to train a student's face.
