1. shape Noun. The form of the outer edges or surfaces


of something.
2. triangle Noun. A flat shape with three straight sides
and three angles.
3. square Noun. Having four straight equal sides and
four angles of 90o.
4. rectangle Noun. A flat shape with four straight sides, two
of which are longer than the other two, and
four angles of 90o.
5. circle Noun. A completely round flat shape.
6. oval Noun. Like an egg in shape.
7. heart Noun. With the shape of a heart.
8. diamond Noun. The outline shape of the diamond as
you look at it from the top down.
9. semicircle Noun. One half of a circle.
10. crescent Noun. A curved shape that is wide in the
middle and pointed at each end.
11. adjective Noun. A word that describes a person or thing.
12. big Adjective. Large in size, degree, amount, etc.
13. small Adjective. Not large in size, number, degree,
amount, etc.
14. loud Adjective. Making a lot of noise.
15. quiet Adjective. Making very little noise.
16. few Adjective. Used with plural nouns and a plural
verb to mean a small number.
17. many Adjective. Used with plural nouns and verbs,
especially in negative sentences or in more
formal English, to mean a large number of.
18. sweet Adjective. Containing, or tasting as if it
contains, a lot of sugar.
19. sour Adjective. Having a taste like that of a lemon
or a fruit that is not ready to eat.
20. cloudy Adjective. Of the sky or the weather, covered
with clouds; with a lot of clouds.
21. windy Adjective. Of weather. With a lot of wind.
22. smooth Adjective. Completely flat and even without
any rough areas or holes.
23. rough Adjective. Having a surface that is not even or
regular.
24. generally Adverb. By or to most people.

31. he Pronoun. A male person or animal that has
already been mentioned or is easily identified.
32. she Pronoun. A female person or animal that has
already been mentioned or is easily identified.
33. it Pronoun. Used to refer to an animal or a thing
that has already been mentioned or that is
being talked about now.

34. we Pronoun. Me and other person or other
people.
35. they Pronoun. People, animals, or things that have
already been mentioned or are easily
identified.
36. enjoy Regular Verb. To get pleasure from something.
37. dress Regular Verb. To put clothes on
yourself/somebody.
38. dry Regular Verb. To remove water or another
liquid from something.
39. jump Regular Verb. To move quickly off the ground
or away from a surface by pushing yourself
with your legs and feet.
40. underline Regular Verb. To draw or print a line under a
word, sentence, etc.
41. article Noun. The word a, an, or the in English or a
similar word in another language.
42. a Article. Used before countable or singular
nouns referring to people or things that have
not already been mentioned.
