AFFIDAVIT

I, ROSARIO VILMA DEE, of legal age, Filipino Citizen,single with postal address at 066 Sto. Nino
St.,Carmencita Village, Talon Tres, Las Pinas City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
hereby depose and state, that:

1. That, I am the owner of the property located at Blk. 3 Lot 27 Sto. Nino St.,
Carmencita Village, Talon Tres, Las Pinas City with an area of 351 square meters
and an improvement of 66 square meters which I bought from my mother Celerina
V. Carranza in September 15, 1994.

2. That ,I subdivided the property into 6 Titles namely Tct Nos.,109168,

109169,109170, 109171,109172 and 109173, and covered by Tax Declaration F-
015-02710 for land and F-015-02711 for the improvement.

3. That I am declaring that the improvement of 66 square meters house under Tax
Dec. F-015-02711 be declared on Tct No. T 109171. All other Titles is only land
and no improvement.

4. I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing facts and for
purposes of facilitating the processing of issuance of Tax Declarations to other
Titles and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
