Demo: Letter “F”, “fish and Fox”.

Teaching adds.
Letter “F” flashcard, stuffed toy fish and Fox, Hello & goodbye song, and ABC’s song.
Greetings time:
wave your hands and Say just hi! hello! And let them respond.
Introduce yourself “my name is Muxi and welcome to ABC English”.
Singing time:
Hello Song (Play the song ask parents and kids to join and do the simple actions)
Warm up time:
Stand up and sit down. (3 times) clap your hands and stomp your feet.
English names.
Give some simple English names, write on the board and give them stars.
Play some simple name games for a short time to memorize the English name. e.g.
The teacher throws the softball, the student catches the ball and say “I’m Leo/Sam/Tom”.
Presentation Time:
Go to Starfall.com and click on letter “F”
(or just show them letter “F” flashcard if no flashcard then just write the letter on the board).
Now show them fox, & fish. Point to the Fox/fish and ask what this is? And teach them the
structure “it’s a fish/fox”.

Games time:
1. Show them stuffed toys, fish and fox, let them recognize and say it “it’s a fish/fox”
2. Have fish with you, go to the kid and say, Hi Alex (kid’s name) and ask the kid to say hi fish.
3. Have fox with you, go to the kid and say, Hi Alex (kid’s name) and ask the kid to say hi Fox.
4. Warm up Song:
Five little monkeys’ or “make a circle big and small. Play the music and do the actions.
5. Knock it off.
Place the toy fish and fox on the floor. The teacher says fish/Fox and the student has to throw a
softball and say “it’s a fish/fox”.
6. Circle move.
Place the toy fish and fox on the floor far away from each other. Let the students’ hands in hands
and make a circle. Teacher says a word (fish) and this circle move there, move a circle go around
the word (fish)and say “it’s a fish” (3 times). Then teacher suddenly calls out another word (Fox)
and now the circle move there. Keep changing for few times.

Wrap up:
Summarize the lesson, ask one by one and sing goodbye song.
Give them stickers, stars and nice comments about the kid’s learning skills.
