    INSUBORDINATION AND RUSTICATION

    You have been served a show-cause notice on Thursday, June 30 for which you were directed and
    obliged to reply within a day.
    However, you have failed, again, to comply with the instructions of the management which add up to
    your insubordination and breach of the code of conduct and infringement of the trust and faith the
    School Management has reposed in you.

    Hence, we have no reason to hold on with the next course of action following the state of affairs
    created by your lack of professional disposition; therefore, we are forced to construe that your non-
    responsiveness is a sign of unwillingness to continue your service with the Appa Public School.

    This letter also serves as prior notice of rustication of your services at APS effective from the date of
    receiving this letter.
