TERMINATION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT
Education is all round development of the child. Apart from acquiring knowledge and skill, we also
inculcate values including accountability and respect for the nation through practicing these values.
The best way to foster values is exemplifying them in our thoughts, words and actions. The Appa
public school does not expect its employees to take exception at any stage or juncture from owning
and dispensing of these responsibilities.

However, it is disappointing to know that you have been behaving quite contrary to the values and
norms of the school and the teaching profession.

The following matters have been brought to our notice multiple times.
1. You have repeatedly decelerated the work creating bottleneck and accumulating the syllabus
without completing. This has wide range implication of non-compliance, flouting the norms of
teaching and learning practices at APS.

2. You have been frequently absent for various reasons, although some of them are understood to be
genuine, while others could have been avoided or compensated. Many leaves that you have
availed are either without prior notice or sudden and un-intimated. The pattern of your leave taking
has greatly affected the students’ learning and disturbed the entire school administration that it has
become too difficult to put things back. Besides, a lag has been noticed in students’ academic
progress which we believe has been contributed by your absence.

3. It is brought to the notice that you have been involved in collecting money from the parents for
personal benefits in many pretexts. This is prohibited and unethical in all aspects. The matter
becomes all the more serious by the very fact that in spite of counselling and final warning, you
continue to do so by asking money from the school stakeholders, the parents. It has become
unpardonable as you started involving students for the same purpose.

4. The ensuing impact of your flawed conduct is bad reputation for the school, loss of real time
learning for the students, and debouching teaching fraternity at APS.

Now that this practice of yours has irrevocably damaged the school’s reputation and created
unsurmountable stagnation in the academic progress of the students, you are hereby terminated
from the post of English Language Teacher at APS, with immediate effect that is on Thursday,
February 02, 2023.
