General Instructions for Examinee

Candidates can reprint the admit card by entering Name, Date of Birth and Program in "Print Admit Card" link from www.iom.edu.np
website.
Examinee will not be allowed to sit in the examination hall without an admit-card.
In case of loss of admit card, you can print your admit card by entering your Name and Date of Birth in “Print admit card” link from
www.iom.edu.np website
Examination hall/room will be opened 15 minutes before the examination, examinee will not be allowed to enter 15 minutes after the
commencement of the exam.
Examinee should sit on the allotted seat.
The type of the question will be “Multiple Choice Questions” (MCQ) with only one correct answer.
Examinee should carefully read the instruction given in the question paper as well as answer sheet. They should also follow the
instruction given by the invigilators.
Examinee should use only “Black Gel Pen” own self during examination. Use of pencil, tipex, correcting fluid etc. are not allowed.

Examinees should select a correct answer by filling empty bubble with black gel pen completely like this.
There is no system of “Negative marking”.
Electronic equipments/devices (e.g. Mobile phone, Smart watches, Ipods, notepad, hearing aids etc) are strictly prohibited inside the
examination hall/room. Examinee will be expelled if found carrying/using these items/devices during the examination.
Examinee will not be allowed to sit in the exam with any headdress, caps or any other clothes covering both the ears except on
religious grounds. The examination committee reserves the right to search any candidate for any electronic device if required.
Any Text books, note books, guidebooks or any printed materials will not be allowed inside the examination hall/room.
Examinee should not leave the examination hall without permission of the superintendent/ invigilators.
Examinee is not allowed to talk or discuss among each other during the examination.
Examinee must submit both question and answer sheet at the end of the examination.
After submission, the examinee will not be allowed to reenter the examination hall/room.
