This year’s STEAM Expo and Health Fair will be taking place at SSHS on February 4, 2023,
from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. The event will feature student booths and demonstrations from groups
throughout the community. The Health Fair is Katherine Kricorian's senior project, and the
STEAM Expo is Samantha Florida and Rhoda Yeddu's senior project.

In the past, science and math teachers at SSHS have offered extra credit for hosting a booth or
volunteering, and we were wondering whether this policy would apply to your class again this
year. If possible, we would also greatly appreciate it if you could share the attached Google Form
and the following text on your Google Classroom to spread the word about STEAM Expo
signups.

The 9th annual STEAM Expo and Health Fair will be at Santa Su on February 4, 2023,
from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. The event will feature student booths and demonstrations from
science organizations throughout the community, and is a great way for anyone to learn
more about STEM and engage in fun hands-on activities.

If you are interested in hosting a booth or volunteering at the event, please fill out the
attached Google Form. People running a booth will present an experiment related to
STEM or health and teach the experiment to attendees. Volunteers will help attendees as
needed and with setup and teardown. Extra credit will be offered for participating!
This is also a great way to get volunteer hours.

have participated, and we were wondering if any of your students would be interested in hosting

To SSHS Clubs: Clubs on Campus 2022

Hello!

This year’s STEAM Expo & Health Fair will be at SSHS on February 4, 2023, from 10 AM to
1:30 PM. It's a free event featuring student booths and demonstrations from science
organizations throughout the community, and is a great way for anyone to learn more about
STEM and engage in fun hands-on activities. The Health Fair is my senior project, and the
STEAM Expo is the senior project of Sam and Rhoda. We were hoping you could promote the
event during your club meetings to help get the word out.

If possible, please share the attached Google Form with your members so they can sign up to
volunteer or host a booth. Your club is also welcome to host a booth and present any
STEM-related activity to promote your message to the community. Some teachers may also offer
extra credit for participating. If you are interested, please fill out the form. We appreciate your

Hello! I hope you’re doing well. I am a student at Santa Susana High School, and I am
organizing this year’s Health Fair. Samantha Florida and Rhoda Yeddu are the students
organizing the STEAM Expo. The STEAM Expo and Health Fair is an annual event at our
school that features student booths and demonstrations from groups throughout the community.
It’s completely free and is a great way for anyone to learn more about STEM and engage in fun
hands-on activities. This year, the STEAM Expo and Health Fair will be on February 4 from 10
AM to 1:30 PM. We were wondering whether the Simi Valley Acorn would be able to please
