Rapid population growth is a major national concern.

It hinders economic progress, aggravates


inequality, and makes poverty worse. It is true that poverty is increasing and that it is more difficult for
the government to address it because of the rapid population increase and high fertility rates,
particularly among the poor. Without addressing concerns related to population, we will not be able to
overcome the huge challenges of poverty, hunger, and disease. There are many methods to combat this
rising population of ours. All of these methods are most effective when used together and have resulted
in large reductions in fertility rates in several nations.
