     So This project is to reconstruct the railway in Southern Luzon in the Philippines.

     It is a massively funded project that is part of the “Build, Build, Build” program of the
    recent administration. 
     The PNR south long haul project is 560-km rail system na may of 35 stations and
    magooperate mula Manila through Laguna, Quezon, and Camarines Sur to
    Albay, with an extension line in Sorsogon and a branch line in Batangas.
