Feature Description

Vineland-3 UPDATE. We have removed the option for Remote On-Screen Administration for
the Interview forms in Vineland-3. This option has been removed as the Interview
forms are intended to be administered in-person rather than remotely.

System Update Bug Fix

Rectified issue with report usages not being used for forms administered using on-
screen administration: We have fixed an issue with some products where forms
administered using on-screen administration were incorrectly using scoring
subscriptions, rather than report usage inventory, to generate score reports. There
will be no action to retroactively update inventory accounts.

Digital Assessment Library New Developmental Portfolio now available with DALS Complete
for Schools (DALS)
The new Developmental Portfolio (including Bayley-4, ESI-3, Dial-4) has been
automatically added to each current/ active DALS Parent Account in Q-global.

If a user is in an account where the Developmental Portfolio is not assigned, the

user will not be able to access administration, scoring and reporting or digital assets
for these assessments in Q-global.

If, as an Account Owner or Account Administrator, you need a refresher on how to

add an assessment portfolio to a sub-account, you can review the Administrator:

Resource Library in the ABOUT Q-GLOBAL folder and then in the TRAINING
RESOURCES folder.

KBIT-2 Revised New product now available!

The Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test (2nd ed.) Revised (KBIT™-2 Revised) is a brief,
individually administered measure of the verbal and nonverbal intelligence of a
wide range of children, adolescents, and adults ages 4–90 years. The test is easy to
administer and may be administered and scored by a range of educational
backgrounds provided they first receive appropriate training in standardized testing
by qualified personnel.

The test takes approximately 15–30 minutes to administer and yields three scores:
Verbal, Nonverbal, and an overall score known as the IQ Composite. The Verbal
score comprises two subtests (Verbal Knowledge and Riddles) and measures verbal,
school related skills by assessing an individual’s word knowledge, range of general
information, verbal concept formation, and reasoning ability. The Nonverbal score
(the Matrices subtest) measures the ability to solve new problems by assessing an
individual’s ability to perceive relationships and complete visual analogies.

The KBIT-2 Revised can be administered using the traditional paper-based format or
with the digital Stimulus Book in the Q-global Resource Library. The Record Form is
only offered in paper format.

Individual score report is available for the KBIT-2 Revised through Q-global.

BASC-3 BESS Product Update. A minor change was implemented to the Adaptive Skills Risk Index
(ASI) on the Teacher Form and Personal Adjustment Risk Index (PAI) on the Student
Forms to allow for better handling of missing scores. In the unlikely event that a
single response for the ASI or PAI is not entered into the manual entry interface, Q-
global will apply one raw score point to the sum total. This change allows for a more
cautious interpretation of results and better reflects scoring guidelines described
with the BASC-3 BESS Manual.
