LENDING AGREEMENT

This Agreement made and executed through TECHNOLOGICAL COMMUNICATION

(Call and Text) and written evidences in PASIG CITY and ALBUERA LEYTE, PHILIPPINES by
and between AGAPITA AGUAS DANGANAN (Financier) PASIG CITY and LOURDES PEPITO
OLOYA (Borrower) ALBUERA, LEYTE.

That I, LOURDES PEPITO OLOYA a business woman, of legal age, with sound mind, a
bona fide resident of BARANGAY SEGUINON, ALBUERA, LEYTE.

That I borrowed to AGAPITA AGUAS DANGANAN, the sum total amount of ONE
MILLION PESOS (Php 1,000,000.00) with Five percent (5%) monthly interest of FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 50,000.00), Eleven months (11 months) February 25, 2021 -
December 25, 2021 only.

That I issued ELEVEN (11) GOOD CHECKS of SECURITY BANK (ORMOC CITY
BRANCH) that can be withdrawn or deposited on or before the due date (every 25th of the
month).

As a true and honest person, the Original copy of the OR and CR of my (SUZUKI
ERTIGA) and the LAND TITLE (1,000) sq. mt of mine will be send to my Financier as soon as I
get/finish (ROD) and (LTO) the original copy, as my COLLATERAL to this Business transaction
with my FINANCIER.

That if I LOURDES P. OLOYA (Borrower) FAILED TO PAY OR NOT FOLLOWED THIS

NOTARIZED AGREEMENT, THE FINANCIER AGAPITA AGUAS DANGANAN from PASIG
CITY HAS THE FULL AUTHORITY TO FILE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL CASE, SUCH AS LARGE
SCALE ESTAFA, AND BP22, BOUNCING CHECKS LAW AGAINST ME.

The parties agree that any LATIGATION arising out of or involving this agreement shall
be brought exclusively before the COURT OF PASIG CITY.
