1. With an increasing number of people eating fast food, which if eating too regularly can
cause health issues, some people think that the only solution is ban it completely. To what
extent do you agree?

 1st draft

The number of people eating fast food is increasing day by day, but eating too often can cause
health problems, while fast food still brings certain conveniences. Therefore, I personally
strongly disagree with the complete ban on fast food.
One of the top priorities when choosing to eat fast food is its convenience and time saving,
with fast food we can eat in the car or take the food to the next destination. Fast food gives
everyone time to eat together, even on busy days. Besides convenience, fast food also has a
reasonable price suitable for everyone. There are a few dishes that will make eating faster and
cheaper than buying groceries at the local supermarket, just spending from 30,000 to 100,000
VND to have a quick and delicious meal.
On the other hand, fast food is not only delicious, but it also provides people with an abundant
source of energy. The reason is that fast food is processed with many rich ingredients, rich in
fat, so it can immediately replenish energy. Fast food helps users to stay full for a long time to
be healthy for the day's activities. Not to mention, with a very fast processing method, the
eater can load up a source of energy in a short time, true to its name as fast food.
Although eating a lot of fast food can cause health problems, through its benefits, a complete
ban on fast food is not necessary. To protect our health, we need to pay more attention to what
we eat every day to be healthier.
