OUR CLIENT: (HENAN YUANXIN TRADING CO.LIMITED)
RE: OUR CLIENT’S BRIEF TO YOUR OFFICE TO RECOVER
FUNDS IN CONNECTION TO THE CASE BETWEEN OUR CLIENT
AND MR. SONG GUO PING AND HIS FRAUD TEAM.

We are solicitors to the above stated company, and we are

responsible for taking the arm of the case they engaged you to
handle here in China. We write this letter on their behalf. Kindly refer
to the above subject and an agreement signed on the 30th October
2022 between you and Mr. Lin Shi Qiao on behalf of our client’s
company on the above subject.
As agreed between your good self and our client in the letter
signed on the 30th day of October 2022, your office is expected to do
all follow-ups in relation to the case with the EFCC, NFIU and other
relevant agencies. Particularly,

1. You are expected to facilitate the detention of the three

containers already shipped to China by Mr. Song Guo Ping and his
fraud team and facilitate the release of the containers to our client,
as part of recovery of the funds they took from our client.

2. You are also expected to ensure the arrest of Mr. Song Guo
Ping and his Fraud Team, either in Nigeria or internationally, using
the Interpol.

We hereby this letter remind you of the need to act urgently in

relation to this instruction because information we were privileged to
have here in China is that there is pressure from the side of the
fraudsters to have the containers released to them. This has made
our work even more urgent, to avoid the containers released to them.
We also need to ensure that the fraudsters are arrested as fast as
possible to ensure recovery of all the money they have with them.
We also need court orders you may obtain from Nigeria to enable us
enforce same against the fraudsters in China.
Further to the above, we expect you to expedite this process and
write us a report through our client on progress recorded, within 30
days of the receipt of this letter.
