The diagram depicts the small scope of how smoking fish is produced.

Overall, it can be seen that the production process includes distinct 8 stages with various
techniques.

At the very beginning, the fish will need to go through the process of handling including
washing, removing scales and other necessary cleaning stages. After the cleaning process is
finished, it is left in the solvent which is the combination of salt and water for 30 minutes until it
is ready to be boiled for another 5 minutes. Then, the next process continues to leave the fish
dry.

Following that, to proceed the smoking stage, fish are put into a vat and go through smudging
step with the wooden lid closed over it for 30 minutes. Next, yellow coloring is added to the
smoked fish and then put into the container to get it ready to deliver to the customers as the
final stage.
