 REQUIREMENTS OF THE INVESTMENT PROMOTION ACT:

1. Any change in the activity, location or a change in the name of the Enterprise as described on the face of this Certificate
requires the prior approval of the Investment Promotion Authority.

2. Conduct of any business by the Enterprise named in this Certificate, outside of the activities or locations described on the
face of this Certificate, is an offence.

3. Any substantial change in the ownership or control of the Enterprise named in this Certificate may require the prior
approval of the Investment Promotion Authority.

4. If the Enterprise named in this Certificate ceases to carry on business in any activity set out on the face of this Certificate,
the Investment Promotion Authority must be notified accordingly.

5. If there are changes in those details supplied to the Authority by the Enterprise in its Application for Certification the
Enterprise is required to advise the Authority for those changes within one month of the date of the change.

6. Failure to comply with the Investment Promotion Act or any term of this Certificate is an offence.

It is a requirement of the Investment Promotion Act that an Enterprise which has been granted a Certificate under that Act
comply with all other laws which apply to that enterprise.
