I hereby acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. That the above mentioned unit/vehicle is sold on an “AS-IS-WHERE-IS” basis;

2. That I commit that the contact numbers (indicated above) are open and available at all times during the bidding date and
and thereafter. Failure to do so may result in non-notification and eventual forfeiture of bid;
3. That notification of bid results shall be made one (1) day after date of auction;
4. That in the event my bid for the unit is accepted and approved by TFSPH, I shall fully pay the amount within three (3)
working days from date of awarding of unit/payment notification; otherwise, TFSPH shall have the right to forfeit the bid
5. That in case I fail to pay the full amount within 3 working days as stated above, TFSPH shall have the right to forfeit
the unit and the bid deposit;
6. That I shall settle the full payment of the unit in cash or cleared check and I must claim the unit within the allowed
pull-out window period after payment is cleared. Otherwise, P2,000.00/day storage fee will be charged;
7. That TFSPH reserves the right to deduct the storage fee from the bid deposit made by the bidder.
8. That TFSPH likewise shall have the right to deduct from the said bid deposit the expenses which it will incur in case
the motor vehicle has to be sold again in a public auction;
9. That in the event my bid was not accepted, the bid/check deposit shall be returned after the date of notification
of results. Checks can be claimed at the TFSPH Head Office.
10. That TFSPH reserves the right to cancel the bid and the award made pursuant to the said bid.
11. That I hereby acknowledge that I have inspected the vehicles and duly informed of the documentary and registration
issues which are not necessarily limited to the issues stated in the list of Invitation to Bid.
12. Any alterations or erasures in this form without countersignature shall invalidate my bid.
