Personally appeared at Batangas Police Station
2. Article 269 Illegal Arrest inside the house in Brgy. Balagtasin 1 st Sanjose
Batangas.
3. On November 1, 2022 at about 10:00am in the morning.
4. Inside the house of Marivic Castro located at Brgy. Balagtasin 1 st Sanjose
Batangas.
5. Arrested suspect: Dhenzel Mitra
Victim: Sendoh Castro
6. Dhenzel Papa, 28, a married, a Police Officer from Sanjose, Batangas
(DOB: October 4, 1994), and Marivic Castro, the victim's mother, personally came to
this office on November 1, 2022, at around 3 p.m., to file a complaint against the
aforementioned named suspect for Illegal Arrest or Unlawful Arrest Article 269. In
accordance with this, the victim was use force to arrest and use unlawful action to the
victim inside the house at the Brgy Balagtasin 1 st Sanjose, Batangas on the aforesaid
TDPO.
