There are eight layers or levels in the organization chart of this
company. Company with only a few levels has a flat organization.
A company with lot of levels is often very hierachical because
decisions have to travel through several layers.
White collars often work in offices, banks, etc. They work in
management or administration.
Blue-collar workers often work with their hands, for example
on the production line in a factory.
