DISCRIPTION:
Rian’s internet café is a small business that is dedicated for
my mother for her to manage usually to give financial support
and especially for dear customers who wished to relax and want
stable internet connection that is good for browsing web,
surfing internet, online gaming and more. Our café serves the
bestselling café with different flavours and specially
designed with creative arts above a selective café. Our café
offers with the best iconic café also available of buying
teen’s favourite drink called milk tea that is suited for
young customers for such an affordable price that would surely
love by our target market.

ENVIRONMENT:
Rian’s internet café will be officially build located to our
barangay Bulacao. This planned environment is focusing more in
youths and peers who is interested in our services and café
can peacefully rest and assured quality of internet
connection. Barangay Bulacao has good population exceeding to
hundreds of teens and adults where our services is offered via
online marketing of on hand services. Our store offers
delivery services for those who wish to stay home. As for the
climate response, we concluded that in out barangay there are
some terms of climate changes such as unpredicted rain
signals/heavy rains, potential storm, and sunny weather but
changes time to time. Since my father owned a spacious spot
for us to build our small business.

CUSTOMERS:
Our friendly café is targeting peers and all populations of
barangay Bulacao to try our greatest selling café and milk tea
together with relaxing music backtrack and fast internet
connection that will surely love by our customers. Our café
assured sanitized and friendly environment for all customers
in our barangay. Where the target market and supplier is as
reliable as the employee.
EDUCATION:
Rian’s inter café is found in social skill, communications
skills and assured that all crews and employees will execute
proper etiquettes and good moral to all customers. For
educational background the owner has the skills with enough
intelligence and skills to handle/manage the business to
ensure the growth and sales of this business. We secured the
safety and gather the most interest or demanding issue to
easily troubleshoot the risk factors of a specific problem.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Rian’s hours of operation depends to the hours performed of
every employees with the average of working hours (8 hours per
day) with the maximum cost of Php 100 and a total of Php 4,000
per week. All employees would be given an equal salary but
also depends on their working time especially for those
employees who wants to spend more time (overtime) per shift.
