PROBLEM ABOUT THE PROMISES OF THE GOVERNMENT TO THE PEOPLE AND CORRUPT

Gloria Arroyo, a former president, joins Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s unfortunate trip to China. When they
return, their entire planeload of traveling friends, relatives, and employees may be infected by China's
massive COVID-19 rise. They won't be able to accomplish much work while trapped in a pandemic
bubble other than to eat banquets.

The fixation on flying to China is as strange as Arroyo's clandestine entry into Hainan at midnight in
2007. She signed the $329 million National Broadband Network-ZTE agreement, leaving her husband
behind who had just undergone critical heart surgery. Later, a whistleblower testified in front of the

of import sanitary/phytosanitary inspection were withheld by his Department of Plant Industry.
Hoarders began smuggling from China after realizing better.

Two superstorms in 2022 claimed hundreds of lives and destroyed thousands of dwellings. Members
of Congress took home P113.5 billion in flood control that year. Expect worse floods in 2023 as they
steal P183 billion in dredging funds once more. The government makes false promises about squatter
rehabilitation. Slums continue to be without water and electricity. Whole neighborhoods are destroyed
when one unattended candle tips over. Inefficient resettlement contractors pay commissions to
bureaucrats.

REFLECTIONS:

This article explains on how the government continues to give the people "fairy tale" promises to
make their hope for the current government and to make the image of the government good. It has
been more than 7 months since the inauguration of Marcos Jr. There has been good and bad reviews
about him. But there has been a unanimous and more bad reviews than him especially when it comes to
food. Inflation became of the problem of the Philippines. Poor people may find it more difficult to buy
food than before since the prices of food has been constantly changing. This leads to people dying. The
article contains the statements of stealing of the current administration to the money of people. Elite
members of the cabinet are the ones who benefits the most than the one who really needs it.
