1.0 目的
本文件旨於介紹 Zetasizer-3000HS 雷射奈米粒徑暨介面電位量測儀之操作方法等基本資料，
以維製程之工作品質及人員與設備之安全。

2.0 範圍
Zetasizer-3000HS 雷射奈米粒徑暨介面電位量測儀之操作。

3.0 權責
本辦法由實驗室負責人會同設備負責人訂定，經由中心主管核定後執行。修訂方式亦同上
述流程。

6.1 啟動雷射總開關熱機 20 分並開啟電腦，若欲使用 pH 計亦須開啟。

此功能可知濃度是否適當
選 擇 Display 中 Rate meter 即 可 顯 示 樣 品 濃度
，一般以 medium 左右較為適當

(6)進行量測
可觀察量測時 Correlator 的訊號
選擇 Display 中 Live display 即可顯示作用時的訊號。

6.6 樣品裝置
(1) Size analysis
以 0.2um 空 洞 小 飛 碟 過 濾  將 濾 液 裝 入 拋 棄 式 塑 膠 cuvette 至 八 分 滿  放 入 size cell
holder蓋上蓋子
(2) Zeta potential
以 3mL 塑膠針筒吸取 DI water 以注入法沖洗 cell 多次再以另一 3mL 塑膠針筒吸取待測
物 注入法 cell(打開 cell 蓋子確定注入時無氣泡)進行量測完成量測須多次以 DI water
以注入法沖洗 cell
如右圖所示：左邊為注入孔，注入時須先輕輕內壓才可注入
右邊為流出口，下面務必放廢棄皿盛裝廢液。
(3) pH
以中心提供之塑膠杯子盛裝待測物，液面須高過量測管之空洞

使用者使用 pH 計只須設定 A、Sample 與 E、Dispense 即可，介紹如下

以 DI 水潤洗換上 pH = 9 之緩衝液重新偵測 pH = 9 之緩衝液確定準確

按下選單 E、Dispense選擇酸(黃)或鹼(紅)按鈕選擇欲滴定之體積
start dispense回 A、Sample 選單按下 stir cell 30sec~1min，停止觀察 pH 值至
所欲(該值約 20sec 變動一次，須待數值穩定才可進行下一部實驗)

7.0 注意事項
7.1 停電後，重新開機時，必須再暖機使雷射光穩定。
7.2 關機之前，必須先確定管路已清乾淨，一旦關機即無法再注入清洗。
7.3 若樣品積塞於石英 cell 務必通知管理者清洗。
7.4 若為當天最後使用者請務必關機，關機順序為先關閉程式再關閉機器。
7.5 使用完一定要保持儀器(尤其是管路)和環境的清潔(帶走垃圾)。
7.6 使用者必須填寫實驗記錄簿，並註明實驗室、日期 、機器狀況、
樣品溶劑、分散劑，與使用之耗材(針筒、滴管、塑膠杯)。
