Once the Number of Assets reaches a minimum threshold (usually 200 at a site) :

a) Centralized account manager will be assigned for the Organization to provide remote support including sending
summary reports at the end of day /alerting designated person from your organization of any unusual occurrences.

b) An support engineer who will be at site for at-least 20 days in a month (till the time there are support requirements).
[If the site is remote where it is difficult to commute, in order to improve efficiency would request you to provide stay
and food at site for the engineer]

c) Annual checkup of status of installation of sensor on every asset to minimize breakdowns

d) Trouble Ticketing Interface to the Organization to log complaints / issues for any vehicle and view the resolution steps
on the same.
