IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING AND DETAILS
6.1 IMPLEMENTATION ENVIRONMENT

As far as our project is concerned, any person who is little bit aware of application
and those who is willing to get information can use this project. The application can
be used by the members of particular campus/organization.
MULTIPLE USERS:
Here, Our Application is a web based application and is purposefully developed for multi
user. So, as an implementation environment it is made for multi user.

6.2 PROGRAM/MODULES SPECIFICATION

OHD mainly contains three modules: -

 Create requests.
 Authenticate requests.
 Solve requests.
Create Requests module performs following operations:
1) Individual requests regarding information about various departments of the
organization/campus.
2) Schedule of the organization.
Authenticate Requests module performs following operations:
1) Administrator assigns the requests to related assignees of particular dept.
2) Queries are properly looked after for its timely execution.
Solve Requests module performs following operations:
1) Assignee solves the queries assigned to him by administrator

2) Assignee also intimates end-user by Email after a request is solved.

6.3 SECURITY FEATURES


Since our project is a site which deals an organization’s database proper care should be
taken in order to facilitate the information hiding from others.
Online Help Desk deals with this problem by authenticating the End-User, the Assignee
and also the administrator at the time of login.
