What is Fitness assessment?
A series of measurements and test that will help identify the status of one’s
physical fitness.
This includes evaluating Body Mass Index, resting heart rate, health-related
test and skill-related composition.

What is Body Mass Index?
It is a value derived from the mass and height of a person.
One of the most demanding fitness assessment test.

2. Calculate BMI using the formula.
