REFLECTION:

In this module, it discuss how confronting the challenges during adolescence, how to
express your feelings on the expectation of the significant people around you and how to make
affirmations that will help you become more lovable and capable as an adolescent.
I learned that physical development, emotional development, social development,
and mental development are the challenges that late adolescence will encounter. Also, I
learned that encouragement is the key ingredients for improving my relationship with others.
And life is the greatest enterprise in the world.
For me to be a responsible teenagers I have to clarify and manage the demands of
teen years. I have to do the things that I loved but with limitations. I’m going to avoid the things
that make me feel discourage. And I’ll never give up from being happy because life is an
incredible show.

REFLECTION:
In this module, it focuses on stress management, causes and effects of stress, stress
signals, stress response and how to keep stress under control. It also discuss that understanding
stress and its source during adolescence may help in identifying ways to cope and have a
healthful life.
I learned that a practical way of defining stress is the feeling one gets from
prolonged, pent-up emotions. I also learned the different types of emotions associated as cause
and effect with stress. I also learned how to cope my stress to have peace of mind.
This lessons helps me to keep my stress under control and for me to cope with my
stress I have to know first the cause of it so that it will be easy for me to deal with it.

REFLECTION:
This module discuss that understanding the left and right brain functions may help in
improving one’s learning. It explores mind mapping techniques suited to right brain or left brain
dominant thinking style. And make a plan to improve learning using left and right brain
development.
I learned that the brain has three major parts the cerebrum, cerebellum and brain
stem. The brain stem controls functions that keep people alive. Cerebellum controls voluntary
movements. The cerebrum is the largest of the three brain sections.
This topics help me to know that I’m a right brained person because I’m a risk-
takers, intuitive, prefer imagination, day dreaming and expression.
