a. Memorandum from C, SCAS dated March 25, 2022 with subject
“Endorsement Info Text with Ref # C032522-04-00016; and
b. CRMIS E-Sumbong SMS Report dated March 25, 2022 with reference
C032522-04-00016.

2. This pertains to the information received from CRMIS thru E-Sumbong with
Reference C032522-04-00016, as read:

 Na-inquest ang aking asawa na si Juan Adolfo Tomas kahapon, March 24, 2022 sa
Las Pinas Police Station, Las Pinas City Hall dahil sa kanyang kasong domestic violence sa akin.
Sinabihan ako ng pulis na magdala ng pagkain at tubig kaya dinalhan ko ito ngunit ang tubig ay
hindi ibinigay sa aking asawa. Kinausap ko ang Chief of Police na si Lt. Olpidio at sinabi ko na
ayon sa batas na dapat bigyan ang isang preso ng damit, pagkain at tubig at hindi ang pamilya
niya ang magdadala nito. Ang sagot niya ay wala raw itong budget para sa damit at kanina
naman March 25, 2022 ay nagpunta ang aking anak na nagdadala ng pagkain ngunit pinaghintay
ito ng three (3) hours bago nila ibinigay ang pagkain sa kanyang tatay. Sana imbestigahan ito.

3. ITCON, this office immediately conducted investigation and based on our

available records revealed that said PUPC identified as JUAN ADOLFO TOMAS y
SOLIS, 55 y/o, married with postal address at # 25B, Fourth Santiaga Park St.,
Teresa Park, Pilar Village, LPC was arrested together with JUAN VERANO y ALBAO
on March 23, 2022 for Violation of Sec. 11 Art. II RA 9165 (Comprehensive
Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) docketed under IS No. 22C-00360 NOT by domestic
violence which was claim by the wife (MARIA CRISTINA TOMAS). Furthermore, there is
NO Lt. OLPIDIO assigned in this station which was mentioned on the info text.
Lastly, upon receiving this report, this office immediately contacted MS. MARIA
CRISTINA TOMAS thru her phone number #0956-513-7013 but it was unattended and
cannot be reach as of this date.
