1. Product Activation Period starts form the signing of BASTP
- If the user has not signed the BASTP until the specified time, the subscription period will
be activated automatically 3 (Three) months after the date of receipt payment.
2. Additional Employee (100) will be Charge IDR (30.000)/emp/month
3. Payment will be due latest on Proforma Invoice Release
4. If the quotation has been signed and the client has made installment payments and the client wants to
unilaterally terminate the project, a penalty of 50% above the installment paid will be imposed
5. if the client has signed the quotation and made the full payment and the client wants to terminate the project
unilaterally, the payment that has been made is non-refundable
6. Meeting Requirement will be Done Online via Google Meet or Online Meeting
