Nature of Incident: Alleged Threat

DATE TIME AND PLACE OF OCCURRENCE: On or about 7:00 in the morning of June 10,
2022 at Block 22, Lot 19, JP Marcelo St., BF Executive Village, BF Homes, Brgy. Almanza
Uno, Las Pinas City.

REPORTEE/COMPLAINANT: SOLEDAD MENDOZA y LATORRE, of legal age, widow,

female, business woman and residing at the place of incident.

SUSPECTS: Unidentified male and female suspects

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:

Initial investigation disclosed and based on the statement of herein reportee that on
the said Date, Time and Place of Occurrence (DTPO) her family start receiving telephone
call from unidentified male and female suspects whom threatening them in connection with
their business. Apparently, the telephone call was followed by the presence of two (2) male
suspects on board two (2) undisclosed motorcycle color red and white with unknown license
plates while they were on their way home from their office. Hence this report.
