Product Designer 3

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our tight-knit and talented Design team that is building
the next generation of our financial services. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for
bringing our product roadmap to life with fun and engaging experiences across our web and app.

This role will have a huge impact on our product evolution through collaboration with researchers,
engineers, product managers and other designers to turn concepts into delightful & helpful product and
services for users across India.

This position will report to the Head of Design.

Key Responsibilities
Bring strategic product thinking based on user needs and business goals into your design work
Collaborate with product managers, researchers and engineers to simplify complex problems into fun
and easy-to-use experiences
Explore multiple design solutions through wireframes and prototypes that work across app & web
Craft designs that work within and continue to expand and refine our design system
Deliver clear and polished final design specs to our dev tea
Play an integral part in growing the design team at Navi

Experience and Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Product Desig

Experience in designing features for iOS, Android and web
Experience in building, maintaining, and loving a component based design system
Deep understanding of UX research practices and how to bring user insights into design solutions
Strong balance of both visual and user experience design skill
Excellent personal organizational, communication and presentation skills for internal and external
stakeholder
Excellent leadership skills plus a capacity for continual learning and strong desire to grow a team and
others around yo
Passion for conceiving, designing, building, shipping, and sustaining amazing software products
