Your personal

daily plan

www.sleep-for-baby.com
Dear parents,

Here you find the personal daily plan for you and your
child. I highly recommend to print it so you can access
it at any time.

This schedule will help you to establish a regular and

ideal daily plan for your child. First, you will find all you
need to know about sleep patterns and sleep times of
a child. After that, you can already start with planning
your perfect day on the following pages. At the end I
also included several examples which have worked well
for other parents in the past.

It really is very important, especially in the beginning,

that you really follow the plan strictly, so the
biorhythm of your child can adapt to the new schedule.
Once this has happened, you can expect significant
improvements in your child’s sleep very quickly.

I really think it is great that you want to help your

child to a better sleep and I am delighted that I am
privileged to support you on this exciting journey!

All the best,

Your Susanne
