This paper proposes a method for clustering log messages from multiple distributed systems sources into unified clusters to aid in debugging and monitoring. The method uses a combination of semantic and syntactic features extracted from log messages using natural language processing techniques. It was tested on real-world log data from multiple distributed systems and was able to effectively cluster related log messages together across different sources.
