    02.01.2019 on the subject noted above.

    It is intimated that subject case has already been submitted to special


    Secretary Agriculture Marketing, Govt. of Punjab Lahore vide this office letter No
    25804/Tech/E&M/18 Dated 24.10.2018 for sanction. The case is pending over there for
    want of amendment in Rule-74 of PAPM (G) Rules 1979 as amount of legal fee
    Rs.45000/- is more than prescribed limit. The Department has moved summary for
    amendment in Rule ibid and after approval of the same subject amount may be
    sanctioned by the department.
