Subject: APPROVAL FOR DISMANTLING OF DANGEROUS BUILDING OF

GODOWN BELONGS TO MARKET COMMITTEE ARIFWALA

Please refer to your office letter No.559/E&M/PPN/2020 dated 22-12-

2020 on the subject noted above.

The case has been examined in this office and observed deficient of
following information:

1. Copy of terms & conditions with tenant.

2. What about security of tenant?
3. Status of grievance of the tenant.
4. Copy of revised layout plan of the market if Market Committee
intended to use the space of Godown as central platform.
5. Recommendation of NA&PIC if Market Committee intended to change
the layout plan of the Market.
6. Copy of resolution of Market Committee which proposed the use of
space as central platform.
7. Propose a committee to supervise the demolishing process and open
auction of the debris of dangerous declared building along with TORs.
In view of above, you are requested to get vacated the Godown
immediately. It may also be ensured that warning signs/boards/flexes may be erected
around the Godown informing every one about the vulnerability besides fortifying it with
Red Ribbon restricting any entry into it. It is requested to furnish the aforementioned
information/documents and resubmit the case for further processing.
