IMPLEMENTATION OF COMBAT FITNESS TEST (CFT) YEAR 2021 FOR

PLATOON 2 B COMPANY AT 2 JUNE 2021

1. This meeting was held at B Company Meeting Room by 2 June 2021 1000H and Lt
Ghazali Mamat as the Chairman. The Chairman was greeting to the officer, other rank and to
all that join the meeting.

2. All of the traning starting 7th June 2021, will be held in the camp area due the
Movement Control Order (MCO) that Prime Minister announced except for the floating
training that will be held at Sg Ara Hotel’s Pool.

3. Execution coordination as per follows:

a. Strength: 2 + 28

(1) 2 x Sabaltant.

(2) 28 x LLP.

(3) Additional strengths for governance and log elements should be

considered.

b. The components that will be implemented are as follows:

(1) First Component which is the Agility Training.

(2) Second Component (Pack Marching). Conducting training for pack

march every Tuesday and Wednesday with a distance of 15 km.

(3) Third Component (Self-Confidence Training). This training will be

conducted every Thursday morning.

(4) Fourth Component (Floating and swimming training). This training

will be conducted every Monday.

4. The Training Implementation Guidelines that have been issued will be the basis for
the concept of training implementation by giving priority to the prevention of COVID-19
epidemics.

5. The matter is raised for the attention and information of Your Honourable Sir.
