1. What are the problems derived from drinking bottled water?

One problem is when plastic bottles accumulate as waste, this becomes pollution, these
bottles burn and release toxic pollution. The second problem is the extraction that is done
to make the bottles.
2. What is the difference between bottled water and drinking water?
The difference is: If the water is treated and sold by a company, it is bottled water, while If
the water is safe to drink, it is drinking water.

3. Describe the process involved in manufacturing a plastic bottle.


The factories obtain raw materials from nature, make bottles, and fill them with processed
water. When this happens, it is distributed to the people. Empty bottles are used to create
lower quality products or burned.

4. What happens with the plastic bottles after we throw them away?
If plastic bottles are thrown in the trash, they are burned, releasing toxins.

5. What solutions can be implemented to solve this problem?


If we avoid buying bottled water, or it is possible to avoid the sale of these bottles, people
will drink more drinking water or carry their own bottles.

6. Is this problem common in your community? What does the community do to deal with
it?
It's very common. Many people in my community reuse the bottles and fill them with
drinking water from the filter.

7. Will you drink bottled water again? Why, why not?


I will not drink bottled water, it is more expensive and generates pollution

8. What will you do in the future to reduce the number of plastic bottles used in the
world?
I will avoid buying bottles as much as possible, and use the ones I have as much as
possible.
