I = my e.g. My name is Fernando. (Yo = mi e.g. Mi nombre es Fernando.)

he = his e.g. His name is Pierce Brosnan. (el = su e.g. Su nombre is Pierce Brosnan.)
she = her e.g. Her name is Shakira. (she = her e.g. Su nombre es Shakira.)
