Commissioning A Gas Driven LFL

Summary
This SWI outlines the required steps to commission a gas driven LFL. This SWI requires
the HPU to be on, hoses connected to the cylinder and the prime mover running. For

Steps

Locate the start-up bypass valve

between the tank and cooler.

Close the bypass valve.

On HPU Status screen, press
LOGIN.

In the “USER” box, enter “ADMIN”

In the “PASSWORD” box, enter
11111.

Press “LOGIN”.
Ensure “Current User” says
“ADMIN” next to it.

Press “BACK”.

Press “CONFIG MENU”.

Press “Pump Command & Control”.

Press “Manual Control”.

While looking at the rod clamp on

polish rod, press “Jog ”, until the
rod clamp comes off the stuffing
box.
Using a 1-1/4” wrench, loosen the
rod clamp and remove it.

Press “HOME”.

Press “Pump A START”.

Press “Start Pump A”

Commissioning is now complete.
