I’m a vocal coach, but on occasion I also work as a performer for events in general.

Using English at work

Considering I have a couple of students that aren’t Brazilian (they’re British
or American for the most part), I use English quite a lot at work.

Using English outside work (travel, hobbies, media, arts, friends, etc)
I have a bunch of American friends on social media, which makes me use English with some
regularity. I also enjoy movies, TV shows, songs in English, so the language is definitely part of my
daily life in and outside of work.

Studying English (in class and self-study)

I studied English in school, but really what made me learn the most was my own research - reading
books, translating songs, watching movies…

Other languages

I speak some Spanish, very little French and even less Hungarian.

Free time/ Hobbies

I enjoy watching Netflix, singing, chatting with friends, going out to eat, reading…

Strengths and weaknesses in English

strengths: reading and writing skills. weaknesses: speech could be a little more fluid and depending on the
accent I have some difficulty understanding what’s being said.
