Minutes of the Meeting

The CBM Department Officer from Tourism and Hospitality Management students with
TINDIG MinsSu, the President Mr. John Lynard A. Viesca, Secretary Ms. Carla Amor R. Dela
Roca, and Auditor Mr. Nathaniel Joe C. Garcia sheld a meeting virtually via google meet on July
28, 2022 at 8:00 in the evening.

The meeting regarding the Comprehensive Planning, Meeting, and Oathtaking for Tindig
MinSU started with a prayer led by Mr. Ednel Villaruel, Governor.

The aforementioned meeting was all about the agenda. Ms. Arabella Rabi started the roll
call of the officers. Ms. Carla Amor R. Dela Roca, ask our name, course/section, position,
leadership background, and why do you want to be an officer of the Department? for getting to
know us. Afterwards, Mr. John Lynard A. Viesca discussed the Tindig 4 Point Agenda which is:

1. Inklusibo at Kalidad na Edukasyon

2. Karapatan at Kapakanan

3. Maka- Estudyanteng Programa at Adbokasiya

4. Mahusay at mapagkakatiwalaang Representasyon ng mga Mag-aaral.

Afterwards, Ms. Carla Amor R. Dela Roca held the Oathtaking for Tindig MinSU with
the CBM Department Officers. Each of us shared plans, programs and projects from Board
Memebers to Governor for the future events of CBM. Our Planned Projects Initiatives/ Platform
of Government are:

1.) Semestral CLEAN, GREEN and ACT Project in an Ecotourism Site.

2.) ADOPT A MANGYAN CHILD Extension Program.
3.) A MEHEA Awareness or Mental Health awareness activity for CBM students at the end of
semester.
4.) Outreach Program every end of semester.
5.) Pasasalamat sa Guro Program during teachers day.

And after the discussion of plans, programs and project, we discussed the Campaign
Materials: Pictures, Political Strategy, Captions and Etc. And Other Matters, Announcement (If
there is any), and last Photo Opportunity.

Before ending the meeting, the President Mr. John Lynard A. Viesca, Secretary Ms. Carla
Amor R. Dela Roca, and Auditor Mr. Nathaniel Joe C. Garcia gave us a message.

In total there were 11 out of 13 expected attendees who were present in the meeting.

The meeting adjourned at around 9:27 in the evening
