Dear Sir / Madam,

The undersigned proposes to furnish all materials and perform all labor necessary to complete all
the work here described:

 Prepare all areas for painting- filling, sanding, caulking and priming

 Powder room- remove or prime wallpaper + prep for painting $500.00

 Interior woodwork- doors, casings, baseboards, windows and crown-

two coats enamel $18800.00

 Complete interior- all walls and ceilings- two coats latex $9500.00

*Extra- third coat on interior woodwork- $5000.00

All the above work to be completed in a good and workman like manner for the sum of:
$28,800.00_+ 10.2% tax

Payments to be made as follows: 25% down. Balance due upon completion

Any changes in the work and or price charges for the same shall be made in writing. A delay in acceptance of
more than ten days will require a review of the proposal and date change before the agreement becomes binding.
