We refer to the interview held recently and are pleased to offer you the position of Production Technician Ill
with the following terms and conditions: -
COMMENCEMENT OF WORK
You are required to start work on 7 November 2022.
SALARY
Your basic commencing salary will be RM2,750.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty
only) per month.
MEDICAL FITNESS
This offer of employment is subject to a satisfactory medical report on your fitness for work being established
by our Company doctor(s) prior to commencement of your employment with our Company.
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
You will be on a probationary period of 3 months from the date of commencement. The company reserves
the right to confirm your employment earlier or extend your probation or terminate your services if your
performance found to be unsatisfactory. Confirmation at the end of probationary period (or such extension
thereto if applicable) shall not be automatic but shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
WORKING HOURS
The work days for shift employee are on rotation shifts 6 day-work and 2 day-off and the Company's working
hours, subject to change at any time by the management are:
Morning
7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Afternoon
3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Night
11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
However, due to your position and the nature of your work, you will be required to work beyond your normal
working hours as and when required.
ANNUAL LEAVE
You shall be entitled to an initial annual leave of 14 working days per annum, first year leave entitlement shall
be calculated based on pro-rate basis.
Wherever hospitalization is necessary, you are entitled to 60 days paid hospitalized sick leave per calendar
year provided that any non-hospitalised sick leave (mentioned in the above paragraph) will be deducted from
the 60 days.
MEDICAL
The Company shall provide free non-hospitalised medical treatment and prescribed medicine for illness and
injuries from the Company's doctor(s).
Any hospitalisation, surgery and specialist treatment are subject to the recommendation and referral from the
Company's panel doctor(s). All medical expenses and cost of hospitalisation will be borne by the Company
subject to the amounts, limits, and terms and conditions as specified in the Company's prevailing medical
policy.
In case of emergency, where you need immediate medical treatment form any registered doctor, the
reimbursement of the medical expenses incurred is subject to the discretion of the Company.
SOCSO SCHEME
If you are required by law to contribute to the SOCSO scheme, your own contribution will be deducted from
your monthly salary.
DUTIES
The Company shall advise you on your job functions. You will be required to carry out such duties and job
functions as may be instructed from time to time by the Company and you may be required to be transferred
from one department, office or to another within our Group of Companies at the sole discretion of the
Company.
Employment with the Company is on full-time basis and you are expressly forbidden to accept alternative or
additional employmenUdirectorship of any other company unless with written permission from the Company.
AGE OF RETIREMENT
You shall retire from employment upon attaining the age of 60 (Sixty).
TERMINATION
a) During probationary period, your services may be terminated by either party by giving 1 week notice
in writing or 1 week basic salary and fixed allowances in lieu thereof.

b) Upon confirmation, your services may be terminated by either party by giving 1 month notice in
writing or 1 month basic salary and fixed allowances in lieu thereof.
c) Notwithstanding the above, the Company is entitled to terminate your employment without notice and
without payment of salary in lieu, in the event you are found guilty of dishonesty, misconduct or any
criminal offences, willful failure to obey the lawful instructions of the company, neglect in discharge of
duties, becoming a bankrupt or becoming unsound mind.
DUTY TO SERVE
You shall serve the Company and or such other department, office or its associated or subsidiaries
companies within the Group of Companies, in whatever capacity, faithfully, diligently, ethically and to the
utmost of your ability and shall comply with all lawful commands and directives of the Company. By reason
thereof, in performance of your duties on a full-time basis, you shall not directly or indirectly provide services
to or through any person, firm or other entity, unless otherwise authorised by the Company in writing.
SECRECY/CONFIDENTIALITY
You shall maintain absolute secrecy and confidentiality regarding the trade secrets, confidential knowledge or
information relating to the business, finance and or affairs of the Company and or the Group of Companies.
You shall not at any time during the continuance or within one year after the termination of your employment
with this Company except by the direction or with the express approval of the Company, divulge either directly
or indirectly to any person or Company, the knowledge or information which you may acquire during the
course of or incidental to your employment by the Company concerning the business, finance and or affairs or
property of the Company or its associate or subsidiary companies to any unauthorised third parties. This
appointment is subject to other conditions (whether expressed or implied) in the prevailing or future Company
policies as may be laid down by the Company.
Please confirm your acceptance of the above-mentioned terms and conditions by signing and returning the
attached duplicate copy of this letter to us within 7 days from the date of this letter, failing which this offer of
employment would be considered null and void.
