Hey folks,

Here we go again .... i am o nce again in a predicament regarding obtaining financing due to t he
ongoing and erroneous servicing incompetency issues caused by the lack of quality control since
Fi rst American took over the Bank of Coral Gabl es over a year ago. I finally figured o ut why you
continuously send incorrect billing statements and falsely report my account as del inquent to t he
credit repositories. I still can' t understand why nobody at the bank woul d take t he time t o
investigate the account history and review the loan documents. This is despite over thirty (30)
communications wit h numerous employees and management of the bank regarding the reporting
my my HELOC account as late, prior to a payment actually being due.

My loan was originated on the 28 t h of a month with a payment due the fol lowing month. You are
conti nuing to fa lsely and repeatedly report my account as over 30 days late after the 1st of the
month.
