1. Why a good preparation is needed in writing research proposal?

 Good preparation is needed in writing research proposal because it describes

what your proposal hopes to accomplish, why those objectives are important,
and how you intend to achieve them. Before any research project begins,
detailed plans are essential. Designing and planning a whole research project
involves choosing a researchable, significant topic and preparing a well
developed research proposal. It is used to establish whether there is expertise to
support proposed area of research. A good research proposal serves as a
valuable direction finder that helps the researcher to get going on their project
with more confidence. A clean, well-thought-out proposal forms the backbone for
the research itself and hence becomes the most important step in the process of
conduct of research.

2. What are the essential things to consider in writing a research proposal?

1. Title - A title gives a clear indication of proposed research approach or key question
2. Rationale should include:
 the background and issues of your proposed research
 identify your discipline
 a short literature review
 a summary of key debates and developments in the field
3.Conceptual Framework
A conceptual framework includes one or more formal theories (in part or whole) as well
as other concepts and empirical findings from the literature. It is used to show
relationships among these ideas and how they relate to the research study.
4.Downloaded Questionnaires
The purpose of a questionnaire is to gather data from a target audience. It will
include open ended questions, closed ended questions, or a combination of both. As
participants fill out a questionnaire, they're giving valuable titbits of data.
5.Review of Related Literature
A review of related literature (RRL) is a detailed review of existing literature
related to the topic of a thesis or dissertation. In an RRL, you talk about knowledge and
findings from existing literature relevant to your topic. If you find gaps or conflicts in
existing literature, you can also discuss these in your review, and if applicable, how you
plan to address these gaps or resolve these conflicts through your study.

3. What type of literature review are you conducting? What is the scope of your literature review?
The type of literature review I am conducting is theoretical literature review. The scope of my
literature review focuses on a pool of theory that has accumulated in regard to motorcycle
dealership, concept, theory, phenomena.

The purpose of this form is to concretely examine the corpus of theory that has accumulated in
regard to an issue, concept, theory, phenomena. The theoretical literature review help establish what
theories already exist, the relationships between them, to what degree the existing theories have
been investigated, and to develop new hypotheses to be tested. Often this form is used to help
establish a lack of appropriate theories or reveal that current theories are inadequate for explaining
new or emerging research problems. The unit of analysis can focus on a theoretical concept or a
whole theory or framework.

4. Discuss the difference between independent and dependent variables.

The independent variable is the cause. Its value is independent of other variables in the
study. It’s called “independent” because it’s not influenced by any other variables in the
study. It is a variable that stands alone and isn't changed by the other variables you are
trying to measure.  For example, someone's age might be an independent variable. Other
factors (such as what they eat, how much they go to school, how much television they
watch) aren't going to change a person's age.
Dependent variable is the effect. Its value depends on changes in the independent variable.
It is something that depends on other factors. For example, a test score could be a
dependent variable because it could change depending on several factors such as how
much you studied, how much sleep you got the night before you took the test, or even how
hungry you were when you took it. Usually when you are looking for a relationship between
two things you are trying to find out what makes the dependent variable change the way it
does.
Independent variable causes a change in Dependent Variable and it isn't possible that
Dependent Variable could cause a change in Independent Variable.

5. In this Understanding and analyzing various correlations can be beneficial across different
industries. How Helpful it is if you are an investment manager?

Correlation facilitates the decision-making in the business world. It

reduces the range of uncertainty as predictions based on correlation are likely to
be more reliable and near to reality. Correlation is used to determine the
relationship between data sets in business and is widely used in financial
analysis and to support decision making.
Therefore, correlation aids investment manager in making more impactful
predictions based on patterns in data. This can help guide business processes,
direction, and performance accordingly, resulting in improved management,
better customer experience strategies, and optimized operations.

6. Why is it necessary to anchor your research study to a theory?

It is necessary to anchor research study to a theory because theoretical framework

strengthens the study in the following ways:
 An explicit statement of theoretical assumptions permits the reader to evaluate them
critically.
 The theoretical framework connects the researcher to existing knowledge. Guided by
a relevant theory, you are given a basis for your hypotheses and choice of research
methods.
 Articulating the theoretical assumptions of a research study forces you to address
questions of why and how. It permits you to move from simply describing a
phenomenon observed to generalizing about various aspects of that phenomenon.
Having a theory helps you to identify the limits to those generalizations.
