This project is the Upgrading of Active Transport Infrastructure, Maintenance of Existing
Active Transport Infrastructure and Establishment of End-of-Trip Facilities in Metro Cebu.
In detail, the project involves provision of miscellaneous structures along 67,190.37.00
meters of road in Metro Cebu. Other scopes of work that involve the following: provision
of facilities of the engineers; other general requirements; finishing and other civil works.

5.1 Based on the results of the bidding as summarized in this report, the Bidder with the
Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) is PHILIPPINE CHEMSTEEL INDUSTRIES, INC.

5.2 We recommend that the said Bidder be subjected to post-qualification in accordance with
the provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as stated in the
DPWH Procurement Manual.
