This project is under Convergence and Special Support Program,
Construction/Improvement of Various Infrastructures in Support of National Security
(Tatag ng Imprastraktura para sa Kapayapaan at Seguridad Program – TIKAS).
Specifically, this project consist of Construction of Tanjay City Police Station, Tanjay City,
Negros Oriental, Phase II with scope of work that involves the following: provision of
facilities of the engineers; other general requirements; civil, mechanical, electrical, and
sanitary/ plumbing works.
1.2. Approved Budget for the Contract: P 10,590,875.00
1.3. Contract Duration: 215 calendar days

5. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION

5.1 Based on the results of the bidding as summarized in this report, the Bidder with the
Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) is SUPREME MEGA STRUCTURE BUILDERS, INC.

5.2 We recommend that the said Bidder be subjected to post-qualification in accordance with
the provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as stated in the
DPWH Procurement Manual.
