Draining Alarm Pressure sensor error in YH550

1) To check and adjust the vacuum.

-Make sure the vacuum -210 mBar is stable in pressure syringe with Barflex.

-Go to Main Screen > Maintenance > Advanced services > Motors > Syringes.

-Follow the steps mentioned in Technical manual to adjust the vacuum.

2) Check hydraulic portion connected to pressure sensor and pressure syringe.

-Check the valve 30 , tubing and T connector connected to it for blockage or loose connection.

-Change valve 30 if required.

-Check the pressure syringe for any damage.

3) Enable Pressure sensor

-Go to “Disable Draining Alarm― option in General settings and select “No―.

4) Restart the Instrument.

5) Pressure Sensor check.

-Go to the pressure sensor adjustment menu Main Screen > Maintenance > Advanced services > Hydraulic Services and Check the 200mBar+/-5 and 0 mbar+/- 5.

- Run Auto-control.

6) Pressure sensor replacement

-If problem with sensor is not solved, replace the pressure sensor with new one and repeat step 3 to 5 mentioned above.

-Enable the pressure sensor-->Restart the instrument-->check the pressure sensor 200 +/-5 mBar and 0+/-5 mBar in pressure sensor adjustment menu -->Auto control.
