SUBJECT: ESTIMATED 40-M DAMAGED RETAINING WALL - 03

A pleasant day!

This is in-connection with our ongoing project CONSTRUCTION OF SANITARY

LANDFILL CELL (#3) AT SALAAN, SALAAN, ZAMBOANGA CITY, we would like to inform
your good office that the on- going construction of Retaining Wall – 03 has damages on its part
approximately at about 40 meters in length. These damages were due to the straight heavy
rainfall occurred on December 24-25, 2022 which caused the effluent wastewater to overflow
from the Under Drain Canal and the soil to be more saturated that led to push the said wall
with high pressure. Attached herewith are the pictures of the said damages for your reference.
