ARTICLE XXIV
AMENDMENTS AND REVISION
SECTION 1: This USeP-USG Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds (⅔) vote of all the

members of the USeP-USG Congress, provided that prior notice of such proposed amendment is

given to all members and provided further that no provision herein which is based on, or

prescribed by, existing laws shall be amended.

SECTION 2: This USeP-USG Constitution may be revised by a two-thirds (⅔) vote of all the

members of the USeP-USG Congress, provided that prior notice of such proposed amendment is

given to all members, and that no provision herein which is based on, or prescribed by, existing

laws shall be amended, provided further that the proposed provision shall undergo a plebiscite

process for final approval.

Amendments

Section 1. This 2021 USeP-Mintal League of Class Mayors Codes and By-laws may be amended

or revised by a two-thirds (⅔) vote of all the officers, provided that prior notice of such proposed

amendment is given to all members and provided further that no provision herein which is based

on, or prescribed by, existing laws shall be amended.
