With the reference to the subject Tender following points were discussed:

• The participating bidders were asked to raise the points for clarifications if any.
• Based on the raised queries, the tender scope was briefed to the vendors. After prolong discussion, it
was decided that additional information if any on technical scope against the raised queries from the
bidder shall be given as technical corrigendum / addendum. So all the bidders were suggested to keep
track of the same. However, detail of clarification against the raised query has been attached as
Annexure-1.
• On request of extension of the tender due date from the bidder, IOCL replied that the same shall be
looked into by IOCL management for further extension if any. However, bidders are suggested to
submit their offer within tender due date.
• Then the vendors were suggested to submit all necessary documents as asked in the tender at the time
of bidding.
